1: Prepare and soak the Chile Guajillo and Chile Ancho in hot water until softened. 2: Blend the soaked chiles with Mexican oregano, cumin, salt, and garlic cloves until smooth. 3: In a pot, heat beef broth and add your choice of meat along with bay leaves. 4: Pour the blended chile mixture into the pot and mix well. 5: Let it simmer for about 60 minutes, or until the meat is tender. 6: Serve hot, optionally adding Chile de Arbol for extra heat.View original recipe
